- Do I need to live in the Hunters Creek HOA to become a member?
No, Membership is open to all who would like to join.
- How do I become a HCSRC Member?
A membership is purchased, either from the Membership Manager or from a current member* who is surrendering their membership (either for sale or for free). Members looking to transfer their membership sometimes advertise locally. Arrangements for purchase/transfer are made directly with the member, subject to approval from the Club Board. *Note: Current members must be up-to-date with their fees/dues and must surrender all pool documents/keys.
- Who is included in a Membership?
HCSRC Memberships are Household-Based and one membership applies to all family members who reside full time at the residence of the member who purchased the membership.
- Are different Membership types available?
No, at this time we only offer Household-Based Memberships.
- If I live within Hunters Creek Home Owners Association am I automatically a member of HCSRC?
No. At this time the HOA & HCSRC are two separate entities.
- Do I pay a yearly fee for this membership?
Yes, Annual Dues are REQUIRED to be paid by May 1 of each season. Occasionally a special assessment fee is applied for extraordinary facility repairs and maintenance.
- Do I need my Membership Certificate, that was issued when I first became a member, prior to 2018? How about my laminated passes?
No. You may dispose of the document and passes how you see fit. It does not have to be returned to the Membership Manager. The RFID cards and email notifications are now all the proof you need. RFID cards/bracelets are the property of HCSRC and must be returned if your membership is sold/transferred or surrendered/cancelled.
- Will I need to leave the RFID card with the Lifeguard office?
No. Please keep your passes with you once you have checked in at the kiosk.
- How many RFID Cards will I receive?
Each ADULT MEMBER, CHILDREN 16 & UP, & GUARDIANS/NANNIES are the only members within the Household Membership the receive RFID cards/wristbands. Any child of the household that is 10-15 can take a swim test. If they pass and their parent/legal guardian signs and submits a form indicating that their child can be at the pool unaccompanied by an adult, will receive a card (free) / bracelet (added cost) and be considered a Junior Member.
- I heard there are silicon RFID bracelets. Who can use them? How do I get them?
Yes! Any Adult, Guardian/Nanny, or Junior Member can exchange their RFID card for an added fee of $5 each. You can request one for any or all members in your household that you choose. RFID cards/bracelets are the property of HCSRC and must be returned if your membership is sold/transferred, surrendered, or cancelled.
- Why would I want the wearable silicon RFID bracelet?
Bracelets are ideal for all youth members who have passed the swim test and have completed required paperwork. It is less likely they will forget or lose this method of entry into the pool.
- Is there a fee if I lose my RFID Card/Bracelet?
Yes, If an RFID card/Bracelet is lost, there is a replacement fee of $5.00 for each replacement.
- What happens if I choose not to renew next year?
If you choose not to renew your membership, you can do the following ONLY if you are a membership is in good standing (Annual Dues and any other fees paid in full). You may sell/transfer your membership at any time. However, you can only surrender/cancel your membership to the HCSRC Board between August 30th and November 30th of the current membership year. If you do not do one of the above options, you are still considered a HCSRC Member and you are responsible for the current season's dues. - Can I bring guests to the pool?
Yes. At the start of every season you are allotted 20 guest passes on your RFID card. You can purchase more in a minimum of packs of 10 for $20.
- How do I join the swim team?

- When is the pool open for the summer?
The pool opens on the Saturday before Memorial Day and closes on the first Monday of September (Labor Day). Hours of operation are listed in the footer of our website. There may be times that the pool closes outside of those hours, so check our FaceBook Page for specific times/days of the week.
- When can I use the tennis courts?
The tennis courts are open all year and are restricted to member-use only. All Members can request a key to access the courts. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the key is lost, there is a replacement fee. You can choose to opt out of receiving a key.
- How do I rent the Clubhouse?

- What kind of social events does the pool host?
The Club typically offers an early summer picnic, adult-only crab feast in July and an end-of-season family BBQ as well as a number of adult swims throughout the season. Other activities include movie nights in the Clubhouse, Fall Fest and various holiday events.
