Poolside Party Reservations
If you are interested in having a large group poolside party, please fill out the online reservation form.
Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis, and the pool is still open to the rest of the membership. The reservation is required so that proper staffing is ensured and fees are collected. You may use 5 guest passes and then pay $7 for each additional guest.
Please check the pool calendar for availability.
We request parties of 15 or more persons be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Fees for guests can be paid on the Hunters Creek online payment portal, or a check left for the Membership Manager, Naomi Doboze, at the pool.
